The online registration of your Commençal bike will enable us to deal efficiently with any eventual problem you may encounter. This will enable us to handle your case as quickly as possible, and get you back out riding as soon as possible.

Please keep your sales receipt, as this registration is not a substitute for a proof of purchase.

For your information, the serial number of your bike is located under the bottom bracket shell.

Any warranty claim will not be considered if your bike is not registered within 45 days of purchase.

The registration will also enable us to contact you in case we need to inform you of any potential security concerns.
