The Minion DHR II needs no introduction. This aggressive tyre has delighted many riders with enlarged DHF-derived rubber knobs that provide superior cornering traction. The central tread has bevelled knobs in two strips which promote acceleration through corners. They also contribute to braking efficiency by anchoring themselves to the ground during sudden braking.
The 120 TPI casing benefits from EXO+ puncture protection on the sidewalls with a Butyl insert on the bead to prevent pinch flats and to protect the rim from impacts.
The 3C MAXXTERRA rubber features excellent grip, durability and is light in weight. Equipped with 3 components of different stiffnesses with the hardest rubber as an underlay, medium rubber on the tread and the softest rubber on the side knobs.
The Wide Trail construction optimises the position of the tyre and its efficiency on modern rims (30 to 35mm internal width). This contributes to better grip and roll.
