SANTA MONICA VARIETY

Grown at an altitude between 1450 and 1500 metres on volcanic soils in Colombia.

The harvest is highly selective with every cherry hand-picked and sorted by hand. The beans undergo a 30-hour underwater fermentation before being carefully washed and dried. No stone is left unturned.

The result is a versatile cup that appeals to every palate.

Expect notes of sugar cane, white chocolate and stone fruit, finished with a hint of lime in every sip.

ROASTED IN ANDORRA

Since 1934, the COMA family has been roasting coffee in Andorra.

Combining decades of expertise with a modern approach they create aromatic blends suited to every brewing method. Although the beans are not grown locally COMA embodies Andorra's coffee culture. Working together was a natural choice.

As expert roasters with uncompromising standards they do more than produce specialty coffee. They create experiences that raise the bar and elevate every moment.
