When designing this specific wheel for e-MTB, DT SWISS have thought of everything when it comes to making an agile and lightweight yet strong wheel.
Welded aluminium rims add strength and stability to the wheel. Together with the 28 reinforced Hybrid 1 spokes you get an e-bike specific design.
The 350 hub has a larger body for better resistance to acceleration and braking forces. This hub also has the advantage of offering an ultra-smooth roll thanks to the simple and durable construction. The 24t Ratchet system offers smooth and precise pedalling engagement. Ideal for e-bike use.
The freehub body is adapted for the Shimano Microspline system.
When that’s all put together, you get a complete high-end aluminium wheel. Simple!
