After consulting with our team and confirming the required actions, you can coordinate with a shop of your choice to drop off your product and get the process started.

The shop you select will take care of the necessary maintenance/repairs. We will take care of the cost of service in accordance with what was agreed during the initial conversation.

You pick up your bike, skis or snowboard, and go try it out.

COMMENCAL products are covered by our warranty to offer you peace of mind and allow you to fully enjoy your purchase. Our products undergo a rigorous testing process, but we understand that unexpected issues can arise. We will handle each case individually to provide you with a fair solution and help you get back to your activities quickly.

COMMENCAL offers a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defect for the first owner for META POWER SX 400, T.E.M.P.O. POWER and META HT V3 frames.
