This pair of DT SWISS EX 511 wheels benefits from a custom build where we meticulously selected all components to provide the best balance between performance, durability, and lightness. The choice of the EX 511 rim, which equips DT SWISS's most renowned enduro reference, the EX 1700, was obvious.

This high-end assembly makes the EX 511 wheels exceptionally efficient enduro wheels capable of tackling all trails and conditions. For this, DT SWISS opted for a welded rim joint, a process that enhances robustness. The 28-hole spoke count assembly reduces total weight without compromising structure and stiffness, thanks to the variable thickness Competition spokes.

The 350 hub was the most logical choice for us as it has proven itself extensively on our bikes equipped with DT SWISS wheels. Its minimalist and technical design reduces final weight while optimizing rolling performance.

The SRAM XD freehub body is equipped with the precise Ratchet 36 teeth engagement system unique to the Swiss brand. This provides more precision in pedaling and better energy transmission.

A highly versatile wheel, suitable for everything from trail riding to enduro and even Bike Park sessions, we consider the EX 511 to be the ultimate all-around wheel for mountain biking.
