We make our RAMONES 12 and RAMONES 14 balance bikes are designed to encourage your child's first rides and facilitate their transition to a real bike. The frame is designed to prevent the legs from rubbing when they push with their feet and to facilitate momentum. Once they’re moving, the central platform allows the child to put their feet down or stand up. The wide tyres provide grip, comfort and stability. The components are ergonomic and designed to withstand repeated impacts. As your child progresses you have the opportunity to install a rear disc brake. For children measuring between 90 and 110cm/2.1ft and 3.7ft dependent on wheel size.

The RAMONES 14 is designed with the same attention to detail as our adult bikes. The result is an uncompromising balance bike with the look of a real mountain.

The aluminium frame and fork keep the weight low while being robust to stand up to the onslaught of a toddler!

The wide foot platform, which is equipped with an anti-slip surface, has two functions: it allows the child to position their feet securely when they have mastered balancing and to protect the frame against damage caused when the balance bike is thrown on the ground.

VEE TIRE CrownGem tyres combine large volume with a grippy profile. They offer comfort and safety whatever the terrain surface.

The RIDE ALPHA cockpit is specifically developed by us to suit the shoulder width and hand size of toddlers. The diameter means it is possible to fit 19mm diameter grips, perfectly suited for kids.

Finally, the RAMONES 14 can accommodate a disc brake to provide an additional level of safety as the child becomes more competent behind the handlebars of their balance bike. The adapter, which fixes onto the rear hub, is delivered with the purchase of the bike.
