The META V5 is our vision of MTB. It's a bike that's easy to handle, balanced, technically sound, lively, playful and pedal-efficient thanks to the new Virtual Contact System (VCS) kinematics. With 150mm travel the META V5 can be ridden whatever the mood of the moment and the rider can be confident that it will overcome any type of terrain. Sometimes a race bike, sometimes a trail bike, the META V5 is synonymous with versatility and ease, without neglecting performance.

COMMENCAL META V5 SIGNATURE CLEAR SILVER

This SIGNATURE edition is one of our top-of-the-range META V5 build. The components are chosen for their efficiency and to perfectly compliment the qualities of the frame.

With the 36 Float Factory, we offer what FOX knows how to do best: Kashima anti-friction treatment and GRIP X2 cartridge with different hydraulic settings. On the back, the Float X Factory is specifically tuned for the kinematics of the bike and contributes to the dynamism of the frame. Again, different hydraulic settings to adapt to the terrain and a lock-out lever to climb more efficiently.

For gear shifting, we rely on SRAM and its GX Eagle T-Type groupset. 12-speed transmission. For braking, TRP DH-R EVO PRO, 4-piston calipers and 203 mm rotors.

DT SWISS take care of the wheels with the EX 1700. Made form high-end aluminium, they have an ultra-resistant weld, and are assembled by hand in Switzerland.

Finally, and exclusively, the META V5 features a pair of SCHWALBE Tacky Chan tyres. Developed by the COMMENCAL MUC-OFF Team. They take on the spirit of the renowned Magic Mary by providing more versatility on dry terrain and less resistance. They offer an excellent weight to strength ratio for enduro in this limited 'First Ride' version.
