More affordable than the FOX 38 Factory Grip 2, the 38 Performance Grip offers the same FLOAT EVOL air spring as its higher-end counterpart, but with simplified hydraulic cartridge and adjustments.

The result is an excellent enduro fork designed to handle demanding mountain trails, with operation and sensitivity comparable to top-tier forks, featuring easier-to-manage settings, all within a tighter budget.

Compression adjustment is done via a 3-position lever to firm up the fork for climbing. It's complemented by a dial for rebound adjustment.
