OUR REFURB PROCESS
Firstly, each bike that passes through the hands of our mechanics is dismantled from A to Z. We restore the bike to new, or very nearly, so that your only question when you receive it is which spot to choose to test your new ride!

We start by checking the key points of a bike: suspension, wheels, potential play in and condition of the bearings. Nothing is ignored. The bikes are then completely dismantled for a thorough clean of each part. Each piece of suspension is also dismantled and refurbished. The same goes for the headset and the frame bearings, which are inspected, maintained, or replaced.

Each bike is carefully reassembled. The axles are greased, the torque settings are corrected, the cables replaced, and the parts showing too much wear are swapped out with new ones. Tyres, brake pads, and chains have limited lifespans, which may also explain some small differences from the original assembly, depending on parts availability.

The history of the bike is updated. We note any aesthetic defects and the maintenance carried out by our team, updating the bike's spec sheet before it is put back on sale.
