Verbier is the most cosmopolitan of the Valais resorts. It extends over a vast sunny plateau with a breath-taking view of the most beautiful alpine peaks. In winter, enjoy the immensity of the 4 Vallées area which is named among the best in the world by the World Ski Awards. It must be said that with more than 400km of trails and a highest point at Mont Fort (3300m) there is clearly plenty to do, whether that’s alpine, freeride or hiking. And we haven’t even mentioned the après-ski where raclette cheese is always flowing.
In summer, mountain biking takes over thanks to a world-class bike park. The team in Verbier have been working on it for more than fifteen years to offer around ten slopes where the quality of shaping and the maintenance of the trails are highlighted. At the same time, nearly 800km of natural enduro and trail/e-bike tracks await. Finally, in mid-August, the resort organises the Verbier E-Bike Festival, a big event for lovers of electrically assisted MTB.
