The SUPREME DH V5 12 x 150 mm adapter makes it possible to fit a 12 x 150 mm DH standard rear wheel onto a SUPREME DH V5 frame with the Super Boost 12 x 157 mm standard.

The kit consists of a derailleur hanger and a spacer, both fix to the frame, and should replace those already on your SUPREME DH V5.

Compatible with all derailleurs.
