Supporting document: Payslip dated within the last 3 months.

First Responders and Veterans
This includes firefighters, police officers, EMTs/paramedics, and military veterans.

Certified Outdoor Sports Instructors
Supporting documents: Diploma, professional card, recent proof of employment within the last 12 months.

Outdoor Sport Influencers
Proof: Social media links.

Sport & Medicine professional
Phisio, osteopath, sports doctor, bike fit specialist.

Program Objective
The COMMENCAL Industry Program aims to support professionals in the Outdoor industry by offering them preferential rates.

Eligibility
To participate COMMENCAL Industry Program, candidates must:
- Work in the Outdoor industry (categories supported by COMMENCAL).
- Submit an application via our website.
- Provide proof of employment (professional card, payslip, etc.).

Registration
Applications will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the COMMENCAL team.
An email of approval or refusal will be sent within 7 business days after submission.

Program Benefits
Members will have access to preferential rates on COMMENCAL products, up to NZ$ 20,000 per year.

Account Use
The account is personal and cannot be shared. Products purchased must be for personal use only.
All orders placed must respect the spending limits.
COMMENCAL reserves the right to suspend the account or cancel ongoing orders without justification.

Purchase
Members can benefit from discounts via our website only.
Orders must be paid at the time of purchase.
Program rates cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts. The discount level may vary depending on periods and availability.

Delivery and Returns
Members benefit from the same delivery and returns policies as all other sales.
For any orders placed through the Program, delivery times, costs, and returns policies remain identical to those specified in our general policies available on our website.

Program Modifications and Cancellations
COMMENCAL reserves the right to modify or cancel the Program at any time.
Members will be informed of any changes by email.

Cancellation
Members may cancel their membership at any time by contacting customer service.
