Matthias MARC has two passions: mountain biking and cooking. This Michelin-starred chef from the Doubs region found his love of MTB on the slopes of Métabief resort and has worked with famous chefs on the gastronomy side, like Michel Portos at Saint James, Christophe Moret at Lasserre, Amaury Bouhours at Le Meurice. He consolidated his reputation by taking part in the Top Chef TV show in 2021. His restaurant Substance was awarded its first Michelin star in 2022, and he opened the Liquide bar in the same year. Whether riding enduro or DH, Matthias rides like he cooks, from the heart! And there's no doubt that every riding session ends with a tasty meal washed down with a glass of wine.
