HOW DOES IT WORK?

Do you have a problem, difficulty with assembly, or a technical issue with a product covered by our warranty? Contact our customer service.

STEP 2

After consulting with our team and confirming the required actions, you can coordinate with a shop of your choice to drop off your product and get the process started.

STEP 3

The shop you select will take care of the necessary maintenance/repairs. We will take care of the cost of service in accordance with what was agreed during the initial conversation.

STEP 4

You pick up your bike, skis or snowboard, and go try it out.
