To offer maximum choice we make it is possible to collect your order in our showrooms or partner stores or to have your product(s) delivered directly to your home.

Showroom or partner store pick-up

Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be processed before collection from one of our showrooms. We work with several warehouses and some items may need to be received by us beforehand. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you need any help.

Delivered to a store?

All bike & ski shops worldwide can order the COMMENCAL product of your choice. Your order will be delivered to that store within 3 to 7 business days after the order is processed through our system.

Home delivery

We want to ensure that the delivery of your order goes smoothly. This is why we work with trusted partners who ensure that it arrives quickly and safely at your home.
