The T.E.M.P.O. is made for those who like to ride endlessly. With an ultra efficient nature, this bike offers 125mm of rear travel with a 150mm fork. Perfect for climbing, it is lively on rolling single track trails and brings confidence on descents. That's made possible thanks to our new Virtual Pivot Point kinematics which unlock the full potential of the bike.

The T.E.M.P.O. is a trail bike in the truest sense of the term, well suited to spinning out the miles while also goofing off and hitting every lip and landing possible.
A true work of art, this T-TYPE edition of T.E.M.P.O. features the sublime 'Crackled Black' paint seen on our athletes' bikes during the 2022 World Championships. Produced exclusively in small numbers, each of the 94 frames have a unique feel.
This T.E.M.P.O. T-TYPE has META V5 genes. It is built to do a little more when the rider lets off the brakes and when tackling the most demanding trails.
The suspension is managed by FOX with a Float X and a 36 GRIP 2. In other words the best combo at the moment. The shock provides more consistency and optimized operation, while the stiffer fork improves steering precision, and the increased front travel (150mm) will bring more confidence to the rider. The dynamism of acceleration and momentum specific to the T.E.M.P.O. is also ever-present. On the other hand, we can go even faster through rough sections and over jumps.
On this T.E.M.P.O. T-TYPE edition we have the latest evolution in gear shifting from SRAM with a complete X0 Eagle Transmission groupset. Ultra-precise wireless gear changes, indestructible derailleur, not even to mention the class look of the design. There is nothing better.
The wheels are provided by DT SWISS, with the same quality of manufacturing that we are so used to from them. We find a pair of XMC 1501 Spline One rims offering the best weight, performance and comfort ratio for a trail bike. This T.E.M.P.O. is playful while it remains comfortable thanks to the vertical tolerance of the wheels. These wheels are assembled by hand, do not warp and are impact resistant.
SHIMANO stops this T.E.M.P.O. with a pair of two-piston Deore XT M8100 brakes. For better bike control and heat resistance, we chose the MT905 discs (203/180mm) equipped with Ice Tech Freeza aluminium pads.
We never neglect the touch points. For the grips, the legendary ODI Longneck. FIZIK takes care of the saddle with the new Ridon. It has the perfect shape for riding for a long time and being out of the way on the downhill.
RENTHAL offers the finishing touch when it comes to style: a 31.8mm diameter handlebar/stem combo with an aluminium construction for precise and comfortable handling to keep riding for as long as possible.

What Size to Choose?
According to your riding style, choose a bike with a shorter Reach for more responsive and intuitive handling, or one with a longer Reach for more stability and confidence at high speeds. On a longer model, the front wheel is positioned farther forward, giving an enhanced feeling of security but at the expense of maneuverability and requiring more effort to move the bike.
Between Two Sizes?
When you find yourself between two sizes, the ideal solution is to test ride both to see which fits you best. Unfortunately, this isn't always possible. At minimum, check the Reach and Stack measurements of your current bike to compare them with those of the model you're considering. This will give you a better idea of which size to choose and how the position will feel once on the bike. You can also follow the advice below.
Morphology
Body proportions vary from person to person, even at identical heights. If you have long legs and a shorter-than-average torso, you might consider choosing a bike with a shorter Reach than the recommended size. Conversely, if you have long arms and a more developed upper body, the larger size might be better suited to your morphology. Ideally, you should try before you choose.
