The Minion DHR II needs no introduction. This aggressive tire has delighted numerous riders with its widened DHF-derived tread pattern, providing superior cornering support. The central tread features angled knobs in two rows, promoting acceleration and cornering entry angle. They also contribute to braking efficiency by anchoring to the ground during sudden stops.
The Double Down casing features two layers of 120 TPI, with a Butyl insert on the sidewalls. This construction ensures strength and weight savings compared to a DH casing, offering a more sensitive terrain feel and enhanced sensations. This type of casing is suitable for enduro bikes.
Equipped with the 3C MaxxGrip compound, known as the stickiest in the Maxxis lineup, the Minion DHR II delivers exceptional grip in all conditions.
The Wide Trail construction is designed to optimize tire position and effectiveness on modern rims (30 to 35mm internal width), enhancing grip and rolling efficiency.
