The SHIMANO SL-M8100 RAPIDFIRE PLUS shifter is the finishing touch of the DEORE XT 12-speed groupset.
This shifter offers exceptional operating smoothness thanks to different ways of shifting: with one or two fingers, in push or pull action, and up to 4 speeds at once.
The bearing-mounted lever requires 35% less force compared to the previous generation, and a rubber pad ensures grip for maximum ergonomics.
