After the first three volumes of The Journal, a series of books detailing the adventures of Kilian Bron including Aeolian Islands, Le Tour de France and Follow The Light, as well as a fourth dedicated to the 2021 DH season, Kilian is back with his latest edition Pyrenean Textures.
With a totally different vibe to his previous projects, this one is based around the mixture of textures that can be found in the Spanish and Andorran Pyrenees. Behind the bars of his META POWER, Kilian guides us through this extraordinary mineral-rich land with little vegetation, in search of dirt to ride that's more colourful than before! From the red of Castillo de Acher to the yellow of the Sierra de Guara, he also showcases Andorra’s dazzling dark peaks and the bright white patterns of dried out Spanish lakes.
In the book, you’ll find the most beautiful photos taken by JB Liautard, Nico Brizin and Mathieu Ruffray. Also, there's Kilian's stories from the trip as well as unpublished ‘topo' maps and GPX files of three spots he rode.
